Right off we go with a conversion of this blog from purely gardening into a gardening and food journal. In winter there's not much going on outside so it is not exactly inspiring. However I have been so crazy about food the last few months - sourcing the best quality I can, ordering veg boxes, that I think it is really part of last years gardening thing. The problem was I grew these wonderful things with varying degrees of success but didnt have the slightest idea of what to do with them. So this blog is an attempt to show my discoveries as an amateur gardener and cook, amateur being the word strongly used.
